HE-CAN ( PUBLIC VILLANY)

My original character is inspired by graffiti culture and the one and only PUBLIC ENEMY 

Each figure stands at approximately 6.5 inches tall (ironically, they don't really stand on their own as they are top-heavy).

Hand-painted by myself and featuring custom labels by @@boneidolink.

Non-articulated, adult collectible, designed to be displayed.

Each piece comes in a classic poly bag with a card header.
